As between you and Laptop Doctor, Laptop Doctor reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Doctor Fees at any time in Laptop Doctor’s sole discretion.
Repair Charges must be varied or revised at any time with your consent. Further, you acknowledge and agree that Repair/Sale Charges applicable in certain geographical areas may increase substantially during times of high demand.
Laptop Doctor will use reasonable efforts to inform you of Order Charges and Laptop Doctor Fees that may apply, provided that you will be responsible for Order Charges and Laptop Doctor Fees incurred under your Account regardless of your awareness of such Order Charges or Laptop Doctor Fees, as applicable, or the amounts thereof.
Laptop Doctor will be responsible of only half the worth of Laptop incase it gets snatched or stolen while in our possession.
Also Laptop Doctor owns the right to determine laptop's worth solely.
In-case of Macbooks, our service charges are 500/- which includes pick and drop, these charges shall be applicable if the laptop isn't repaired and returned back .
If the customer denies to get it fixed after the issue is diagnosed in lab, then other then the basic service/visit charges of Rs300,
customer will have to pay additional amount of Rs250 in the name of diagnosis of issue done in our Lab.
